Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC)
At Kelso, the Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC) plays a vital role in supporting the academic success, safety, and overall well-being of all students. The SDMC is a collaborative team of teachers, staff members, parents, community representatives, and the principal who work together to improve school planning and operations.
The SDMC serves as an advisory group that:

Reviews and advises on the campus improvement plan (CIP)

Provides input on the school budget and resource allocation

Recommends strategies to improve student achievement and attendance

Supports safe and effective learning environments

Gives feedback on school policies, professional development, and organizational matters
